Nearing the completion of the Church Information Form

The PNC (Pastor Nominating Committee) is near the end of the first phase of our work, the completion of the Church Information Form (CIF). A draft of this form will soon be presented to Session for comments and suggestions. And we await the results of the Transition Team meetings of this month. These results, and session suggestions, will be incorporated into the form. The final Church Information Form will be submitted to the session for final review and approval. From there it will be submitted to the Committee On Ministry of the Presbytery for their approval. Once approved, it will then be posted on the denomination's Church Leadership Connection database.

The CIF is a description of our church, and provides an outline of the qualities and responsibilities we are seeking in a new Senior Pastor using the Skills and Responsibilities List provided in the CIF. There is a link to a .pdf file that contains a description of the Skills and Responsibilities considered on the PNC page of the church website.
